We Serve

Led by the Holy Spirit,

the mission of Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church is

to provide a place to worship God,

to reach out to the community,

and to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Service at Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church is seen as a part of our Easter calling. We are called to love our neighbor as ourselves. Service can and has taken many forms at PRLC and only some examples are listed below:

Our PRLC Food Bank reaches out to our community three days a week and servers many who are in need.

Our congregation participates in a youth ministry organization with nine other Lutheran Churches in Seattle, called LYONS

We reach out to the community with activities like the Greenwood Art Walk, Greenwood Seafair Parade, the Greenwood Classic Auto and Rod Show and the Halloween Safe Trick or Treat.. It is truly a pleasure to be a part of this fine community.

We house many ministries at our church providing a place to carry out the work in this place work that we as a congregation could not otherwise do.
